Q How long does a project take?
Most automations and chatbots are shipped in 1–3 weeks. Full website builds typically run 2–6 weeks depending on scope. We’ll give you a specific timeline in our initial reply.
Q Do you need a long-term contract?
No. Most projects are fixed-scope and paid in milestones — not a rolling contract you feel trapped in. We do offer optional monthly retainers for support and optimisation after launch.
Q What if I don't know what I need?
That’s exactly what the project form is for. Tell us what feels manual, slow, or frustrating and we’ll suggest the most useful next step, even if that means something simple.

Q What happens after we launch?
Every project includes a handover and 30 days of included support. After that, we offer ongoing maintenance packages or you can manage things yourself — your choice.
