Yes — and a lot of clients do exactly this. Build first, then add a support retainer once you see the value. We'll credit part of your build cost toward the first month of a plan if you sign up within 60 days of project completion.

We can add automations or agents as bolt-ons, or upgrade your plan mid-cycle — we'll just pro-rate the difference. We'd rather flex to fit your needs than lose you to a rigid package structure.

For monthly plans, there's a one-time onboarding fee of $297 that covers initial setup, workflow mapping, and getting everything connected. For one-time builds, everything is included in the quoted price — no extras.

Monthly plans are month-to-month — cancel with 30 days' notice and we'll offboard cleanly, making sure you have everything you need to maintain things independently. Annual plans have a 12-month commitment in exchange for the 20% discount.

AI models are only as good as the data they're trained on. As your business evolves — new products, new pricing, new policies — we update the chatbot and voice agent training data so it stays accurate. On Growth and Agency plans we handle this proactively, not just when you report a problem.
