Automation not firing?

Check that the trigger app still has a valid connection in your settings. Most trigger failures are disconnected OAuth tokens — re-authorize the app and test again.

Voice agent not picking up?

Confirm your forwarding number is correctly pointed to the agent number we provided. Check for “Do Not Disturb” or call-screening settings on your end too.

Chatbot giving wrong answers?

The most common cause is outdated training data. Send us your updated FAQs or product info and we'll retrain the bot — usually same-day for existing clients.

Screenshot the issue and submit a ticket with your browser/device details. If the site is fully down, email us directly and we'll treat it as P1.
